This website is a free service provided by the City of Emeryville (“City”) for review and download of project bid documents. This site and CIPLIST.com are the only sites for prospective bidders to obtain digital copies of official City bid documents.
The City does not warrant, represent, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any bid documents and/or information retrieved from any third party source other than CIPLIST.com. The City is not responsible for any loss or damage including, but not limited to, time, money, or goodwill arising from errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any third party bid documents and/or information.
Be advised that the information contained on this website and CIPLIST.com may change over time and without notice to prospective bidders. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to check this website and CIPLIST.com on a DAILY baises through the close of bids for any applicable addenda or updates.
City bid documents are provided electronically and free of charge. Each prospective bidder must download and print all bid documents for review and bid. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to verify the completeness of their printed bid documents before submitting a bid and accompanying executed addenda acknowledgement, and other requird forms.
NO HARD COPY BID DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.

All City bid awards will be posted on this site or CIPLIST.com. Because of limited storage capacity,project bid results will be removed upon contract award, and/or upon the resolution of any challenge to such award.
