Coaches focus on improving stroke mechanics, breathing techniques, and overall water confidence. Developmental swimmers participate in low-pressure, age-appropriate competitions to foster a sense of achievement and teamwork.

Junior

The Junior Swim Club is tailored for swimmers aged 6 to 18 years who have demonstrated a passion for swimming and a desire to take their abilities to the next level. In this category, training becomes more rigorous and structured, with an increased focus on enhancing stroke efficiency and endurance. Junior swimmers are introduced to more complex training methods, including interval training and race strategy development. Coaches work closely with athletes to nurture their talent and encourage dedication and discipline in their pursuit of swimming excellence.

Senior

The Senior Swim Club caters to swimmers aged 15 to 18 years who exhibit a high level of commitment and dedication to the sport.
