The City of Emeryville is excited to announce that they will be providing a youth camp program for children of authorized and essential workers called Camp: S.A.F.E. (Summer Activities For Essentials). This program will only be available to youth ages four years and nine months through youth entering 8th Grade with parents/guardians who are currently authorized to work under the most recent Alameda County Health Department (ACPHD) order. Program will run camp style under the strict camp and youth program health and safety guidelines set forth by ACPHD, the State Health Department and CDC. Our top priority is to operate a camp that is as safe as possible for your children.

To Register for the Program:

Step 1: Check to see if you are eligible to receive childcare based on your occupation by viewing this list:

ECCL 4727 San Pablo Ave. Emeryville Ca 94608

Basic Day- 9am-4pm or Extended Day- 7:30am-5:30pm

Dates: Camp will be divided into two 4 week sessions and one 2 week session. Families MUST commit to all weeks in a given session. ACPHD requires that: "Children shall not change from one group to another. The group should remain stable for at least four weeks." Because of this requirement and to ensure maximum safety of participating children, families will be required to sign up for the entirety of the session they choose, regardless of days or weeks attended. This provides a "stable" group where campers are not exposed to additional children who, in previous programs, would have replaced those who drop mid-session. Siblings will also be grouped together, regardless of age difference, to minimize family exposure.

Session 1: June 8th-July 2nd (family must commit for all 4 weeks, pay one week deposit plus payments weekly )

Session 2: July 6th-July 31st (family must commit for all 4 weeks, pay one week deposit plus payments weekly )

Session 3: August 3rd-August 14th (family must commit for both weeks, pay one week deposit plus payments weekly )
