City Advisory Committee Vacancies

The City of Emeryville has numerous Advisory Boards, Commissions and Committees that help the City Council make Emeryville the best city the City can be. Every meeting is open to the public, with meeting agendas posted on the City’s website, as well as at City Hall, the Police Building, the Senior Center, and the Hollis Street Fire Station. To be a voting member of one of the City’s advisory bodies, community members will need to apply and be appointed by the City Council.

Specific information on the various advisory bodies, including membership eligibility, member names, meeting times/locations, scope of authority, and contact information can be found here. Downloadable advisory body applications are available here. Applications are kept on file by the City Clerk’s Office for 1 year, and vacancies that occur during the year are noticed on the City’s website and bulletin boards.
